Air Compressorss are indispensable in the production of electronics; with compressors being used in control systems, cleaning, production, de-molding, opening mold, spraying, shaped product testing and nitrogen soldering, etc.
Major demands for product:


Control systems: Compressed air is used to activate control valves and actuators, air for picking, pressing, drilling, moving and placing electronic components.
Cleaning: Clean and polish PCBs (printed circuit board), remove chemical deposits on wafers after etching, clean air knives in LCD panel manufacture.
Direct production: Compressed air is used for direct production and assembly of PCBs (printed circuit board), wafers, ICs, ABS and memory chips, and LCD panels. Operations include drilling, molding, wire bonding, die attach, air guns, spraying and cutting.
Nitrogen soldering: Compressed air can be used to generate inert nitrogen for the soldering

Challenges:

The technological requirements are relatively high in production and assembling of printed circuit boards, which means normal processing techniques cannot meet the demands. Additionally, it is difficult to remove chemical deposits during production.

Solution:

Air cooling compressor designed under 45℃; is suited to -15℃-45℃ working environments and can run continuously for 24 hours, which has integrated the core components and basic optional parts. The integrated unit is formed, 400V/230V±10% 3PH 50Hz) to international standard designs, meeting IEC60038 certifications. The machine also comes with compressor lubricating oil.

Dry purification device

For oil-free compressors or centrifugal compressors, no oil and very little dust accumulateds in the compressed air, and the size of dust particles are microscopic, therefore, so it is unnecessary to equip an additional sophisticated air filter and an oil filter at the discharge pipe. A heatless dryer or a freeze dryer is able to remove 99.19% of moisture in the compressed air, in this way, the compressed air after treatment can meet the air requirement of the  electronic industry.

Machine room requirements for compressors

The compressor requires a separate machine room which must be away from any source of vibration, is dust-free and away from places with corrosive gas, high temperatures and/or high humility. In addition, the machine room must be well ventilated, with temperatures in the room no more than 45℃. The room also needs to be spacious and bright and be equipped with necessary lifting equipment and soundproof measures.
