On the morning of 20th October 2019, in order to strengthen the management mentality, to improve management efficiency and enhance on team building, PowerLink group's internal training was held at the headquarters of PowerLink. The session was attended by the CEO of the company and all levels of the management team.

At the beginning of the meeting, the CEO made a systematic analysis of the contemporary manufacturing market, followed by an unique explanation on the construction of an excellent team. At the same time, he emphasized that strengthening team building is the key to strengthening the cognition of managers at all levels of PowerLink, resulting all staff of the meeting to grab hold of the key bit of the session.

 The Deputy General Manager of the company then explained the management structure, management practice and standards that an excellent modern enterprise should have, this can help the management team to reach a higher level.

Towards the end, the R&D Director described PowerLink’s four-big-product advantages. It is our unique core technology of PowerLink, which are made up of diesel generator set, gas generator set, lighting tower and air compressor. The experience of continuous improvement over the years has made our products to maintain at the industry leading level.
